Thank you for shopping with Keep It Simo. All products are made-to-order and produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor variations in color or print placement
  • Ordering the wrong product

Please carefully review product descriptions before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us at info@keepitsimo.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving a claim.

Product Variations Disclaimer
Because items are custom printed, slight variations may occur in:

  • Color appearance (due to screen settings and printing processes)
  • Print placement (minor alignment shifts)
  • Texture or finish

These variations are not considered defects.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly after being placed. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun. Please contact us immediately at keepitsimoinfo@gmail.com if you need assistance.
